Brie Bella def. Naomi
Any regular readers of mine should know this about me by now, but I absolutely despise heel vs. heel matches more often than not, especially with the women. Not to knock on them, but it usually forces one if not both of them to play to the crowd despite being a heel. Brie Bella was the designated babyface in this match with the silly "Yes!" chants that only roll my eyes whenever she plays that card. The match itself was decent while it lasted, but these faction wars continue to do nobody any favors. On a side note, Naomi just has nothing going for her right now. What a shame.
Titus O'Neil def. Bo Dallas
This is a match we don't normally see on Superstars, so I appreciated the change-up. Granted, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but it was fine for what it was and better than anything Adam Rose and Fandango could have produced for the millionth time. It seems as if WWE has been testing the waters with O'Neil as a singles guy again, which is cool, but as great of a person as he is outside the ring, he isn't the strongest worker inside the ring. He has the charisma that Darren Young doesn't, so that's what they make the perfect pairing.
While neither match was particularly memorable, they felt fresh and weren't completely worthless. As for the Raw replays, definitely check out Roman Reigns vs. Cesaro again as it's well worth sitting through a second time. That said, skip through the Divas Championship contract signing. Why they bothered to include that after all the negative feedback it received from fans is beyond me.
