By Graham "GSM" Matthews 2015 has been a pretty phenomenal year. I'll get into specifics as the end of the year draws closer, but many events contributed to it being the best year yet for me. Some people may say I'm lucky, but I don't look at it that way. Luck has little to do with it; most of it is attributed is to me living a positive lifestyle. It's not as if I don't have my roadblocks in life. I'd be lying if I said I didn't. We all do. But it's HOW we overcome those obstacles that determines what kind of life we live. Regardless of what happens to you–which you can't control–it's your reaction to what life throws at you that will shape the rest of your life. Those are the things you CAN control. Even if life seemingly can't get any worse, you have to try your best to look at the positives in everything.
It's not easy. It takes time to get used to. But once you finally master the art of looking at life in the best light, great things are soon to follow. There is nothing you need to DO to make yourself happy; nothing you need to gain. Just look at what you already have and soon you'll realize that you already have everything it takes to be happy. Be appreciative of who and what you currently have. Be hungry to obtain more in life. Be humble. Be healthy. Most of all, be happy. Happiness is easier to find than you might think: just look within you! |
