![]() By Graham "GSM" Matthews Ryback def. Fandango This was probably the happiest I've seen Fandango in years, and can you blame the guy? The post-WrestleMania crowd has always loved "Fandangoing" and he deserved the reaction he received when he made his entrance. It actually benefited the match because Ryback elicited genuine heat for working against the fan favorite. It wasn't much more than a standard squash, but the rowdy crowd boosted my interest in it as they got behind Fandango during his short-lived hope spots. Hopefully Ryback's loss at WrestleMania 32 didn't mark the end of his push. He could be a quality heel if built up strongly. United States Champion Kalisto def. Bo Dallas (Non-title) It's great that there was a crowd that finally appreciated The Social Outcasts' humor as much I do. They garnered a small pop when they came out, but they won over the audience halfway through the match with their entertaining antics at ringside. Plus, the Bo Train chants (or was it Bo-le?) were absolutely hysterical. The crowd wasn't as into Kalisto as I expected them to be, likely because The Social Outcasts are too damn funny. The match was a total afterthought as a result, but it was well-wrestled while it lasted. Overall Show
Any other week, I would say to not bother tuning into Superstars because this would have been a standard show, but the always-electric post-WrestleMania crowd made it something special. The return of "Fandangoing" was a sight to see, but Kalisto vs. Dallas was especially enjoyable for the crowd chants alone. This is a rare occasion where I'm actually going to recommend you go out of your way to check out this episode. Trust me, it's worth it.
