Zack Ryder def. Heath Slater
Two of Superstars' finest faced off yet again, and while it wasn't a bad match by any means, it's a bout regular viewers of the show (which I'm sure isn't many of you) have seen countless times in the past. I assume it's the match WWE throws together before Raw when all over their notable names are already booked for the flagship show. On the bright side, Ryder and Slater can always be counted on for a competent contest and this was another fun little matchup from the two.
Neville def. Bo Dallas
Similar to Ryder vs. Slater, Neville and Dallas have had no less than a million matches against each other before, but at the very least, their matches are usually good and this outing was no exception. The commentators bringing up their history from NXT and competing in the brand's first ever Ladder match was simply depressing. It just goes to show how far both men have fallen in the two years since their classic at NXT Arrival. What a waste of talent.
After a refreshing episode last week that featured a rare appearance from The Miz, Superstars was back to the status quo this week with two matches that have been done to death. Granted, they're not terrible, so if you're in the mood for some enjoyable action, this is the show to watch, but be sure to skip over the pointless Raw replays because you'd be wasting your time.
