![]() By Graham "GSM" Matthews Jack Swagger def. Adam Rose Is it just me or does Rose come out cutting the same promo every single week? I guess Rosa Mendes not being with him this week for whatever reason was a plus, but I found the piped-in boos during his entrance to be hilarious because clearly nobody cares. Speaking of people who look like they're phoning it in at this point, we've got a Swagger sighting! It's sad to see him in this state because I was at the Raw last June where he turned babyface to a huge reaction, and now he's in no man's land. I read a report recently saying he deleted his Twitter account and could be on his way out of WWE, which wouldn't surprise me at all. The match was fine for what it was, but both guys are beyond irrelevant that it was difficult to get invested in it. Zack Ryder and The Lucha Dragons def. Bo Dallas and The Ascension It's rare we get multi-man matches on Superstars, so this was a nice little treat. It also helps that The Lucha Dragons (who are easily the most relevant Superstars of the six) are over with the audience and Ryder is very good in the ring, so they made for a fun team. Dallas and The Ascension didn't do anything out of the ordinary, but they held their own and contributed to making this an above average match by Superstars standards. Overall Show
The opener, while not terrible, was quick and forgettable, but the second match of the night was enjoyable while it lasted and something special since we hardly get anything other than standard tag team and singles matches on Superstars. I wouldn't recommend you drop what you're doing just to watch it, but it was definitely one of the better bouts I've seen on this show in recent memory.
