WALTER Joined the Confrontation Between WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne and GallusDunne discussed his long reign as WWE United Kingdom Champion before being interrupted by Gallus, with Joe Coffey claiming he deserves another opportunity at the title. WALTER then emerged and helped Dunne rid them from the ring. If it wasn't already apparent at TakeOver: Blackpool, WALTER is next in line for a shot at the strap, and WALTER vs. Dunne is the main event of the next TakeOver special, just take my money right now. This was a solid segment all around and that played off the events from TakeOver. Nina Samuels def. Lana AustinSamuels scored an upset victory a few weeks ago, and I thought there was a chance she was only being built up so she could lose to somebody else. That could still end up being the case, but it definitely looks like she's on the ascent if this squash match was any indication. She seems like a perfectly competent wrestler, but viewers have been given zero reason to care about her thus far. Nothing she did in this match was terribly impressive, either.

#AskGSM is a weekly Q&A video where I, Graham "GSM" Matthews answer fan questions from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in regards to the world of wrestling. Nothing is off limits, and this week’s edition touches upon a variety of topics including:
Eli Isom def. Facade in an ROH World Television Championship No. 1 Contender's Tournament Semifinal MatchIsom has been quietly on the rise in recent months, and although he's a perfectly solid in-ring competitor, nothing about him has stood out as special to me yet. Viewers will need to know more about him before they can fully invest in him. As for Facade, I don't believe he's under contract to Ring of Honor, so the outcome to this contest was never in doubt. Despite that, it was a nice little opener and the crowd wasn't as dead for it as I feared they would be. Rush def. ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion TK O'RyanTo be honest, I had never seen Rush in action before this bout, though I have heard a lot about him lately and how big of a signing he is for ROH. Well, he certainly lived up to the hype (and then some) in this awesome outing with O'Ryan, which was a ton of fun from start to finish. The Kingdom brutally laid him out afterward, so it looks like his first feud in ROH will be with Matt Taven. I like how the company has wasted no time in positioning him as a top star on the roster.
Humbero Carrillo def. Gran MetalikIn my opinion, Carrillo didn't make the strongest impression against Buddy Murphy last week (hell, I enjoyed his match with Johnny Gargano on NXT more), but there's no denying that he's a talented competitor and has potential. Metalik was the perfect person for him to work with off the bat because Metalik can afford to lose while making his opponent look good. This was an enjoyable matchup with a nice pace that saw Carrillo pick up his first victory on 205 Live. Hideo Itami def. Akira Tozawa and Kalisto in a Triple Threat MatchAll three of these guys will be vying for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match on the Royal Rumble Kickoff show, so this bout was meant to give viewers a sneak peek of what to expect on Sunday. It also allowed Itami to score some momentum ahead of the event. The matchup itself was fun at certain points, but it should have been better given the level of talent involved. I realize Buddy Murphy's interference was designed to send the message that there are no disqualifications in multi-man matches, but it definitely hurt the flow of this main event and they weren't able to recover. Itami was the right choice to win given he has been on a roll since his recent return.
