Tessa Blanchard, Tommy Dreamer, Rob Van Dam and Rhino def. oVe in a Street FightSimilar to last week's Street Fight main event, this match benefited from having no disqualifications, at least for the ECW legends' sake. It also benefited from having a fast pace. Everyone held their own and it was an enjoyable encounter on the whole. I was wondering what Blanchard would be doing at Bound for Glory, but I guess we know now that she has submitted Impact X-Division Champion Jake Crist. I could definitely see Blanchard walking out of the event with the title and I wouldn't be opposed to it, either. Impact Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie def. Alisha Edwards (Non-Title)Alisha was in no way a threat to Taya and I wasn't surprised that this wasn't very good. Although it didn't last long, the focus was entirely on the "injured" Ace Austin at ringside and how he beat up on John E. Bravo when Alisha wasn't looking. I've been a fan of their storyline so far, but this wasn't an amazing progression of it, especially since we knew Eddie was in the building as he showed up after the main event.

Candice LeRae def. Mia Yim, Bianca Belair and Candice LeRae in an NXT Women's Championship No. 1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way MatchKicking off the show with this Fatal 4-Way was a super smart move. NXT has one of the best women's divisions out there and each of these ladies got to shine at one point or another. This was all action and the crowd was hot for it from start to finish. I know the women from Raw and SmackDown Live are capable of contesting such an exciting outing, they just need the time and chance to do so. With the win, LeRae is set to face Shayna Baszler for the NXT Women's Championship in two weeks on NXT. That's a big hook for the episode going head-to-head with AEW on TNT that night. I assume Shirai will factor into the finish and screw her out of the title. Cameron Grimes def. Sean MalutaPutting Grimes on NXT's USA Network debut show seemed like a strange move to me, just because there are a handful of other stars I'd rather see showcased on such an important occasion before him. Nevertheless, he made the most of the opportunity and came across very well by beating Grimes in record time. I still say he has to ditch the dumb top hat, but other than that, this was a solid start for him on USA.
Travis Banks def. Tyson T-BoneBanks hasn't had the greatest luck since the start of NXT UK about a year ago. He failed to win the second annual WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament, he lost his feud with Jordan Devlin, he was unsuccessful in capturing the U.K. title against WALTER, and he was beaten by Noam Dar at TakeOver: Cardiff. Sure, he bounced back here with a good win over Bone, but I'm not sure it was enough to get him back on track. Maybe a heel turn would be the best thing for him. Rhea Ripley def. Debbie KeitelIf you told me Keitel was Aksana with a new name, I probably would have believed you. In all seriousness, this was total destruction with Ripley making short work of Keitel. Afterward, Ripley teased going back after the NXT UK Women's Championship before being interrupted by Jinny and Jazzy Gabert. I thought all three of those ladies were heels, but perhaps NXT UK is experimenting with Ripley as a badass babyface like we saw from her recently in NXT.
